The website (Website) is owned and operated by Public Figure Pty Ltd as trustee for the Bella Zito Family Trust (ABN 54 635 856 585) (we, us or our), the controller responsible for your personal information.

While Public Figure is not required under Australian legislation to have a privacy policy, we have decided to implement this policy because we believe that your privacy is important, and we believe it is important that you are informed about how we collect, use, process and disclose your personal information. All personal information held by us will be governed by this Privacy Policy.

  • apply for a position with the Public Figure;
  • provide feedback;
  • fill in a form on our Website;

The Public Figure will only use your information for specific purposes connected to our business operations and for the purpose which we collected it, unless it is reasonable for us to use the information for another purpose compatible with the original purpose. We only permit third party service providers to access your personal information for the purposes specified in 2(b) of this privacy policy, and we require third parties to respect the security of your personal information and to only use your personal information in accordance with the law.

If you opt-out of receiving marketing communications, we may still contact you regarding product purchases.

Public Figure will not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13; or knowingly send any email correspondence to children under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under the age of 13, we will delete that information immediately. Access to your personal information is free of charge, however where a request is repetitive, unfounded or excessive we may charge a reasonable fee or refuse to comply with said request. 

We may request information from you to confirm your identity prior to providing you with any documents. We may also contact you to ask for further information in relation to your request. 

We will endeavour to provide access within one month. In some circumstances it may take longer than one month, in such cases we will provide you with an update as to the estimated timeframe.
