While you're shopping for sustainable gifts for every woman in your life - there is a few key things to keep in mind. 

 

Complementary Christmas Wrapping 


If would like complementary Christmas wrapping please email hello@publicfigure.shop or live chat us with your order number and card message. We present each gift in a box with cotton ribbon and a white card. All wrapping is recycled and/or biodegradable. 

 

Shipping Deadlines


Please be mindful that our shipping deadlines below. As we get closer to the end of the year our shipping partners are experiencing extremely high volume and therefore delays are beyond our control. 
The Public Figure team will do everything we can to ensure your order is shipped our as soon as possible but please shop early to avoid disappointment. We strongly recommend all gifts be shipped with Express Shipping. 

SYDNEY: 22nd December * Click & Collect available until December 24th at 12pm.

INTERSTATE:  17th December

INTERNATIONAL: 10th DECEMBER

 

Returns Extension 


If your order is a gift- please email hello@publicfigure.shop with your order information. We will keep this on file incase the recipient needs to exchange their gift or if you need a refund.

Please note our Christmas refund period will be extended to the 7th of January. Only orders that have been noted as gifts by the customer in our system will be eligible for a refund if it is outside of our standard returns period.
